Join Andrea in her garden for a kombucha workshop using edible weeds!

In this workshop, you will learn about what kombucha is, why we use it, and how the fermentation process works, step by step. Handouts with info will be provided as well as some nibbles whilst we have a halfway break. You will also receive your own scoby plus kombucha inspiration. We will also explore sustainable backyard fruit-picking methods and how to harness seasonal fruit for the brew.
