👻 Stall holder dress-ups encouraged — totally optional!

Stalls sell out fast — book ahead to secure your spot.

Indoor – $45
Weather protected + table provided

Outdoor – $25
BYO gazebo/weather protection recommended. Tables available first come, first served.

Each stall is approx. 3 x 2.5m.

Sharing with a mate? Absolutely!
2 racks + table OR 3 racks without a table fits comfortably.

No walk-ins — all stalls must be pre-booked.

⏰ IMPORTANT SET-UP INFO

Access from 7:30am
Please arrive BEFORE 8:30am
🚨 NO SETTING UP AFTER 8:45AM

Late arrivals disrupt the market flow, so please leave plenty of time to unload and set up.

Pack down from 1:00pm — no earlier please.

🎟 REFUNDS

Refunds can be requested through Humanitix up to 7 days before the event.

After this, you may re-sell your ticket - just contact Kerry via Humanitix with the new stall holder’s details before the event.
