This is a friendly reminder that That Flea Market - Byron Bay September is coming up soon!

Here is everything you need to know for the day.

Event Details

Upon Arrival

Report to Kerry - Market Manager
Follow guidance to your allocated stall
Please note - stalls have been pre-allocated at random. Whilst we can offer some flexibility on the day for movement, some spots have been specifically reserved for the Music, Food and Coffee vendors

No setting up after 9am - Please be on time to set up your stall.
Arrival after 8:30am disrupts the market flow - and entry may be denied
We have a No walk-in stall holders policy - booking is essential to ensure everyone fits :)
Pack down after 1:00pm - please no earlier as this also disrupts other stall holders and the flow of the market

Tables & chairs - for all inside stalls this is included. For outside stall holders, it's a first come first served (but we usually have enough)
SAFETY NOTE: Tables are heavy - Please lift with a friend and be mindful of others around you - thank you.
Changing rooms and bathrooms
Music & Good Vibes

Pre-loved items - Please ensure your items are sell-worthy and clean
Clothing racks and anything else you wish to make your stall stand out - (as long as it fits and isn't a trip/ fall hazard)
Friends and family of course!
Doggo's welcome - dogs on leads at all times and well behaved (sadly, you may be asked to remove your dog if they disrupt other stalls)
Coffee available to buy on the day! BYO Snacks. Drinking water available on site.

Shade/ shelter recommended - gazebos welcome in the back of the garden area.
If you have your own table - we also recommend you bring as we have limited tables for outside stall holders.

Taking all unsold items and clothes racks home
Leaving your stall as you found it -
- Place all rubbish in the allocated bins on site or take home with you please.
- Please put borrowed trestle tables away in storage cupboard - again mindful that they are heavy!
Ensuring safety of your items - sadly theft can occur so be mindful. TIP: Ask shoppers to leave a personal belonging with you when using change rooms. Look out for each other - we are a community of stall holders all here to have a good day!

Free parking nearby - always check parking signs on the day
DROP OFF ONLY in the NO PARK ZONE opposite the garden gates. Council will get grumpy - lol!
But seriously - No parking in the no park zone all day please - this space needs to be clear for emergencies
This venue is Wheelchair friendly and has allocated disability parking

Remember this is a shared community space built on: Kindness, Inclusivity and Good energy!
