The Music Education community is invited to join us for an afternoon of socialising and celebration. Amidst the luxurious heritage grandeur of the Hawthorn Arts Centre, guests will hear from inspiring speakers and gather for an old fashioned afternoon tea. In all, the scene is set for some wonderful conversation and networking.
Hosted by the ASME Vic Council, this year our special guest speaker are:
Marg Arnold - former Manager of Performing Arts at the Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority (VCAA), and
Helen Champion - former Manager of Performing Arts at the Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority (VCAA), and former Curriculum Specialist for the Arts at the Australian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (ACARA)
The afternoon will also feature presentation of the ASME Vic Graduate Teacher Awards and recognition of the forthcoming ASME National Music Educator Awards to Victorian members.
Tea, coffee and afternoon tea items provided.
