The menu sourced from seasonal, local produce will be grilled, smoked and slow-cooked using fire to deliver unique flavour profiles. Enjoy simple yet elegant taste sensations to tease the palate, from the subtlety of gently smoked-butter, to its signature dry-aged stockyard beef, to the robust intensity of suckling pig.
