Conscious Connections Workshop

Go through the various practices to recognise, communicate, and hold space for relationships in your life!

The safe guided and supported practices will allow you to give yourself permission to hold space for another, active listening skills, and effective communication to be seen, heard, and felt. You will also get to go DEEP with a POWERFUL shadow work process for your boundaries of the past, present and future you. You will also learn and take away a breathwork practice for Self-regulating your nervous system, meditations for Inner Child Healing, and strengthening your conscious communicating and relating.

"We grow through relationships, therefore the deeper we connect to others, the more we can get to know ourselves and become a better version of ourselves."

In this safe intimate space, the valuable exercises are easy to follow and may push you out of your comfort zone just enough to realise the true value of essential effective communication in relationships.

You will be partnered up with opposing polarities as the masculine doesn't mean man and feminine doesn't mean woman, polarity in relationships is

all about energy!

Learn the power of holding safe space, effective listening and communicating skills with feedback to better ourselves with communication in all

relationships!! We delve into intimacy, how to develop it, and going deeper with someone on a personal level opening up by swapping partners to understand adaptability when relating with other people's energy.

We present a genuine, welcoming environment with great energy where you are free to open yourself up and speak where you will be really seen,

heard and valued without judgement.

The workshop offers some really valid tools for effective communication... because we all know that good communication is essential for successful

and positive relationships!

Here's what participants have to say:

"Learning to articulate things from the inside is so important – Really love the whole idea of learning to communicate in a healthy and nurturing way – we all need this.”

“A truly revealing experience that opens up your mind to better communication in a brave, intimate, and platonic way with other people of the opposite
