Fermenting food is simple and in expensive. Learn how about the many benefits of eating fermented food and how to make your own.
You will have hands-on experience making two types of kimchi using traditional ingredients (one traditional kimchi with chilli flakes, and another white kimchi without chilli flakes), and also learn how to make sauerkraut.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Sharon is of Chinese heritage and grew up in Malaysia, she has lived in Hobart since 1998 and has a wide experience in teaching cooking and catering.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and cooking techniques with others. She firmly believes that we can be creative in cooking using local, seasonal and healthy ingredients.
