The Art of Integration ~ Creative Therapeutic Workshop with Nicola Gracie

Step into a creative space where you'll explore the transformative power of using creativity as both a path of inquiry and a form of expression, supporting integration through an embodied and intuitive approach. This workshop invites you to pause, tune in, and follow the creative spark within.

We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up to introduce you to arts-based inquiry, giving you the opportunity to explore what integration means for you. From there, we’ll dive into a creative, insightful presentation on Integration, before journeying inward, tuning into your senses and experiences. This process will help you identify the aspects of yourself that are ready to be explored and integrated. Through intuitive, creative expression, you’ll be supported to create, reflect, and embrace what arises.

As the workshop concludes, we’ll take time for reflection, providing space to deepen any insights. If you feel inspired, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experience with the group. Together, we’ll explore how this creative spark can continue to ripple out, nourishing your life and work in meaningful ways.

About Nicola Gracie

Nicola Gracie is a passionate Creative Therapist who dedicated the final year of her Master’s degree in Creative Art Therapy to exploring The Art of Integration—specifically, how therapeutic arts can support the integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. Through this journey, she developed a creative and embodied process that has proven deeply supportive in weaving expanded experiences into everyday life, with greater meaning and insight.

What to Bring

Bring your favourite creative tools—whether it's watercolours, crayons, markers, or even just a pen and paper. The materials don’t matter as much as your enthusiam to create and explore. Set yourself up in a comfortable space, with your choice of hydration, materials and anything else that will help you feel supported and at ease during our time together.

This workshop is about embracing creativity as a tool for integration, and I look forward to co-creating this experience with you.
