The Art of Walking - CANCELLED
Event description
We have made the call to cancel this workshop due to wet weather and lack of indoor space at the venue. We will have a wet-weather contingency in place for the next Hartley workshop in June.
Anyone who has booked tickets to this event will have the option of a refund or to attend one of the other scheduled workshops.
Our next Hartley workshop will be held on Saturday 14th June, you can get tickets here.
EARLY BIRD PRICING NOW AVAILABLE UNTIL 8 MARCH 2025!
Walking is an innate ability that develops from early childhood. Walking is important to keep our musculoskeletal system moveable and our internal systems functioning well. As we live, we may accumulate tensions and habits that we no longer need. This workshop will introduce you to Alexander Technique principles to reawaken the ability to walk well and rekindle a desire to walk for wellness.
Come and walk with us at historic Hartley on a beautiful property bordered by the Lett River as well as pristine bushland. If you're lucky you may see a platypus! The location of this private property will be provided upon booking into this workshop.
This 4-hour workshop includes morning tea and lunch catered by local cafes. Spaces are limited so book now.
