Social Media’s Influence – Navigate its impact with awareness and self-compassion.

💛 Personal Boundaries

What Are They? – Boundaries shape how we want others to treat us.

Why Are They Important? – Boundaries protect your well-being.

How Do We Enforce Boundaries? – Learn strategies to set and enforce boundaries with confidence.

💛 Supporting the Sisterhood

What is Sisterhood? – Build a community that uplifts and empowers.

Lifting Others Up – Foster a culture of support and encouragement.

Strengthening Bonds – Deepen connections through trust and inclusivity.

Who is The Big Sister Experience?

The Big Sister Experience is dedicated to inspiring the next generation through self-love and self-confidence. Our uplifting Primary and Secondary Workshops and Programs are designed to provide tools to young people and the people who care about them. We focus on MENTAL HEALTH, WELLBEING & LIFE EDUCATION. Our holistic approach gives students, their families and educators the tools to become capable, resilient and EMPOWERED YOUNG PEOPLE of tomorrow.
