10 weeks of guided breathwork with Hannah Rowbottom from The Breathing Room.

Step into The Breath Cycle. A 10-week journey designed to regulate, restore, and energise your nervous system through the power of intentional breath.
Each Wednesday evening, you’ll be guided through a curated breath flow to support your emotional wellbeing, release stress, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
✨ Over the 10 weeks, sessions alternate between:
Melt: a calming, parasympathetic-focused practice to slow down, soften and restore (sessions 1, 3, 7 & 9).
Ignite: a energising, sympathetic-focused practice to awaken, uplift and unlock (sessions 2, 6, 8 & 10).

Men’s Only Session - October 8
Women’s Only Session - October 15
This is your space to breathe deeper, connect inward, and explore the full spectrum of your inner landscape.
