This is a full day of face-to-face training covering essential, real-world topics that every residential real estate professional needs to be confident in, including:

• Code of Conduct

• Disclosure – obligations to both client and customer

• Disclosure Addendum

• Complaints

• Understanding Unit Titles and Cross-leases

• Agency Agreements

• The residential real estate transaction process in New Zealand

• Use of digital technology in real estate transactions

The event is catered with morning tea, working lunch and all day tea/coffee provided by The Canterbury Club.

We provide a printed Super Summary to skill up on will be emailed to you prior to the training. Printed course module is a cost option (this is a no margin service if you choose the printed option)

Registration from 7:15am - 7:30am, then we start at 7:30am and do the full 10 hours in a fun and engaging environment, taking what you have to do and making it something you want to do!

Note: Guests are asked to observe the club dress code when visiting the clubhouse. 1872 Bar & Restaurant and Billiard Room areas observe a ‘smart casual’ dress code. This dress code may also apply to members who are using a private room for a function.
