COVID safe plan and cancellation policy

Australia has a strong history of “Assembly”, encouraging people to meet, celebrate and share their views. Because of the ongoing situation, we are proactively taking covid measures to ensure attendees are safe.

        Our Assembly will:

        • Space seating in theatres to guide social distancing
        • Encourage attendees to wear masks
        • Offer full refunds, no questions asked

The 2022 Assembly has prepared and will operate a COVID Safe Plan.  If Government COVID restrictions are invoked requiring a reduced capacity or cancellation, the Federation will wherever possible, continue with the event offering places in order of purchase.  All registrations not taken up will be offered a full refund or rollover until the Assembly is safe to proceed.
