Part 1 of "The Complete Reboot" Series: - Expanding with Gratitude

Join us on Saturday 9th December, for an expansive journey focused on amplifying your State of Gratitude.

This event will be focused on understanding and cultivating a deeper sense of gratitude that is beyond conceptual processes (thoughts of gratitude). When we embody gratitude as a state of being it is an appreciation that we experience in the present moment.

Learning how to BE grateful, in addition to acting with gratitude, is a foundational step to transform our lives. It is so much more than saying thank you - it turns our awareness to the present moment, changes our perspective on life, inspires inner positivity and helps us to attract more abundance into our lives.

This experience will include:

🔅 Facilitated gratitude practice and guidance on how to cultivate more gratitude in your everyday life - please bring a pen and notepad

🔅 Cacao Ceremony to support us in opening our hearts, embodying gratitude and a deeper connection with ourselves.

🔅 Meditation - a guided restorative journey to help you quiet your mind cultivate gratitude and expansive growth. All meditations are uniquely developed for the focus of our events.

🔅 Sound healing - bathe in healing sounds of crystal singing bowls

This event is the first of our 3 part series for December - "The Complete Reboot", designed to progressively bring you back to your natural inner state and deepen your level of consciousness through a combination of reflective workshop activities and immersive, sensory experiences. Each Part are powerful experiences on their own, however they truly compliment each other to prepare you for the New Year. More details of the series are provided at end of this section.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL

On arrival, please make your way through the arch doors and place your belongings in the space provided at the back of the studio room.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats and bolsters are provided and set up for you. The room will heated for you, however, please bring a blanket (and a pillow if you need) for ultimate comfort

🔅 We will begin with light gratitude activity and provide guidance around deeper gratitude as opposed to conceptual forms of gratitude. Please bring a notepad/paper and pen.

🔅 We will then serve our Ceremonial Cacao which has been infused with a touch of blue corn and chilli - a traditional recipe to deepen the experience and connection.

🔅 Enza will guide you through the Cacao Journey, which can be considered to be a form of intentional meditation.

🔅 This will then lead into the guided meditation and sound bath

• Reduced Stress: The guided meditation alongside the vibrations produced by crystal singing bowls can induce a deep state of relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety. The bowls are turned to 432hz Solfeggio Frequency, in which studies have shown this frequency to relax the body.
