Event description

The Creative Heart - an eight week transpersonal art therapy journey

"Art is the meeting ground of the world inside and the world outside" - Elinor Ulman.

The Creative Heart is an eight-week transpersonal art therapy journey where we will be using creative processes and contemplative practices to dive into the depths of self expression, reflection and growth in a safe and supportive space.  Learn to find meaning in your life through the spirit of creativity with art processes that encourage self awareness, healing and connection.

Art Therapy is a gentle yet powerful modality that can help us to understand who we are, to express feelings and ideas that words cannot, and to enhance life through self-expression.

No art experience necessary- just an open and willing heart. All art material provided. All are welcome.

We will gather weekly at the beautiful new workshop space at Waratah Holistic Health Katoomba. To ensure a safe and intimate group spaces are limited.

Investment: $320 [ Payment plans available. ]

Where: Waratah Holistic Health Katoomba

When: Mondays from 9th September - 28th October

Time: 10am - 12pm
