Daughters hold the codes of healing generational trauma, patterns and limitation. These codes are within the DNA passed from grandmother, mother to daughter.

The mother daughter relationship is our most important relationship as it’s our foundation and forms our relationship to ourself and to others and how we view the world from the lens of mother, from grandmother and beyond. 

When this relationship is distorted through generational trauma, patterns and disconnection, our sense of self in the world becomes distorted. 

The daughters carry the codes and medicine to heal and restore this primary essential relationship.

• No coffee on the day of the journey
• No food 2-4 hours prior to the journey
• Stay well hydrated throughout the day
• Wear loose comfortable clothing - No belts or Bras
• Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water and journal
