The Edge
Description
With a name like The Edge, you might expect intensity.
And for some, there will be intensity.
But for many men, pushing harder is not the edge.
It is the pattern.
More force.
More effort.
More catharsis.
The same conditioning, just louder.
The true edge for many men is not escalation.
It is softening.
It is melting the armour.
Feeling the bracing.
Letting control loosen.
That is where real change begins.
So what will we be doing at The Edge?
You will be guided beyond the comfort zone — not through force, but through presence.
You will confront the patterns that keep you performing, protecting, and proving.
And you will learn how to remain with yourself in discomfort — without collapsing or pushing.
This is not about breaking you down.
It is about loosening what no longer serves so you can reconnect to your body, your clarity, your joy, and your power.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Water Bottle
Note Pad and Pen
Meditation Cushion (or something to comfortable sit on the floor on)
In this workshop you will:
Identify and dismantle the defence mechanisms that keep you stuck
Learn nervous system regulation tools for meeting discomfort with steadiness
Recognise unconscious behavioural loops that repeat in work and relationships
Redefine what “the edge” means in your life
This is for men who:
Feel stuck in repetition, successful perhaps, but internally stagnant
Are tired of performing strength and ready to feel it
Want deeper connection to their body and emotional presence
Sense there is more available, but don’t know how to access it
Are willing to meet themselves honestly
This is a held and intentional space. You will be challenged, never forced.
