Aneta Siedlecka is a Holistic Transformational Coach with a heart-centred mission to guide people back to their most authentic and empowered selves. With over 17 years of experience, her path has woven together health, fitness, spiritual growth, and deep personal transformation.

Based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Aneta holds a nurturing space where driven and curious individuals can discover their limitless potential - aligning mind, body, and soul in ways that feel both profound and natural. Holding a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management and certifications spanning NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Theta Healing, and advanced energy practices, she blends science and spirituality with ease.

Her work integrates neuroscience, psychology, eastern wisdom, energy medicine, and nervous system regulation, supporting lasting healing and transformation on every level. Aneta has a gift for helping people release limiting beliefs and subconscious stories that keep them from joy, freedom, and inner peace. By guiding clients into deeper connection with their own body and nervous system, she creates safety for old patterns to dissolve and new possibilities to emerge. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, infused with compassion and deep respect for each person’s journey.

Her journey spans over a decade in the fields of wellness, facilitation, and creative leadership, enriched by certifications in the Wim Hof Method, yoga, and breathwork.

She blends neuroscience, ancient wisdom, and somatic practice into accessible tools that meet people exactly where they are.

As the founder of Glow for Life, Danielle has facilitated retreats, corporate workshops, and one-on-one coaching designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and unlock greater vitality.
