Your breath has a powerful way of releasing tension, shifting stuck energy and freeing unprocessed emotions that can remain locked in the body for years.
As we grow older due to time or lack of conscious awareness we tend to hold things in, suppressing feelings, pushing through stress and ignoring what our body is trying to tell us.
Breath work acts as a natural intelligence, a kind of medicine that slows your brain waves and creates space for your body’s own wisdom to rise to the surface.
In this immersive experience, you’ll learn how to use your breath as a tool to calm your mind, recharge your body and bring clarity to your busy life.
We’ll explore the teachings of Pranayama (life force), the science behind the breath and give you simple practical skills you can integrate into your daily routine.
You’ll walk away with a toolbox of breath work techniques you can use anytime, anywhere long after the event ends.

Parking: Plenty of street parking available near the venue
Upon arrival: Aim to have a light breakfast & no caffeine the morning of the event
Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in.
