Swan Valley en France! Take a voyage to France in July, as we celebrate incredible cuisine with French wine and local French varieties of the Swan Valley.

Champagne on arrival, vin chaud (mulled wine) and delectable winter French-inspired dishes, including:

• Pâté & chèvre canapés;
• French onion soup with croutons and Comté cheese;
• Pissaladière - from Nice - caramelized onion, olives, anchovies traditional flaky pastry;
• Bouillabaisse - from Marseille - traditional Provençal fish soup;
• Braised lamb shoulder, à la southern Rhône, with rosemary, cannellini beans, lemon, fresh oregano;
