The Frequency of Wellbeing: Retreat at Orchard Canyon
Description
More Than a Retreat. A Reset.
The Frequency of Wellbeing Retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and give something back to yourself.
Over the weekend, you’ll experience yoga, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, mindset work, journaling, skincare rituals, and restorative time in nature, all thoughtfully woven together to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
You’ll also receive a beautiful Peak Scents Skincare routine and curated gift bag valued at over $200, giving you tools and rituals to continue caring for yourself long after the weekend ends.
Consider it an investment in how you want to feel, more grounded, more present, more inspired, and reconnected to yourself.
We’re intentionally keeping this retreat small and intimate, allowing for a more personal, meaningful experience—so space is very limited.
