    Dive into a day of deep healing and restore your physical, emotional and spiritual body through traditional yoga practice and philosophy. 

    Workshop structure:

    12-1.30pm Releasing Hatha Yoga Practice A slow yet powerful yoga practice to free up any physical or emotional blockages in the body (suitable for all abilities) 

    1.30-3pm Yoga Philosophy Talk An explanation of the enormous healing effects that yoga can provide for you 

    Tea break 

    3pm-5pm Yin & Restorative relaxation A healing session to apply elements of healing philosophy to you own life

    This afternoon is guaranteed to eave you feeling physical healed, mentally recharged and emotionally free. 

    About Lisa:

    Lisa Christensen is a widely known yoga instructor from the UK who has hosted hundreds of yoga and healing workshops, as well as teacher trainings all over Europe. 

    Lisa has utilised her knowledge of yoga and ancient philosophy to overcome many of her own personal challenges in life, and is now blessing Australia with her teachings, with her humble, genuine and holistic touch.
