Have you watched a toddler take a brave, uncertain step, defying gravity in a quiet act of levitation? Or felt that breathless pause at the crest of a rollercoaster, suspended between fear and joy? Our lives pulse with these rhythms of motion, invisible forces that shape us. Poetry can trace these energies, capturing the momentum and mystery in movement—whether it's a tender touch or a life-changing leap. In this session, we’ll let poetry move us, exploring the unseen physics of our most human moments, and writing verses that tremble, soar, hesitate or collide.
