An introduction to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching, which is a fascinating field that explores the connection between our mind, language, and behaviour. We will delve into the basics of NLP and understand why we do what we do and the relationship between the subconscious and conscious minds. Did you know that the subconscious mind is responsible for 95-99% of our behaviour? We will use the Strategic Visioning and Anchoring NLP techniques to achieve personal and professional growth. Additional Life Strategies will be offered to mitigate stress, overwhelm and anxiety, strategies which you can keep in your bag of tools and use whenever the occasion arises.
An introduction to Oxygen Advantage and Butekyo Clinic Fundamentals for Optimal Human Performance - Functional Breathing, Mouth vs Nasal Breathing.
A 30 min boxing session to unleash the inner Lion! Guided by your host who has coached well over 200 boxing sessions and competed at a National Tournament in Karate.
Breakthrough Breathwork - A powerful and transformative practice that involves conscious and intentional breathing techniques to access deeper states of awareness, release emotional blockages, and facilitate personal growth. Breakthrough Breathwork allows individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their thought patterns, and emotional responses. This heightened self-awareness can lead to personal growth and transformation.
Ice Baths - Cold Water Therapy - The final chapter in THE LION PROJECT, step into the unknown, embrace the unknown, control the unknown. Connect the mind to the breath to be strong, resilient and master of your domain!
