The littlest Library Paint Party
Event description
"The Littlest Library Paint Party" is a free family friendly activity to decorate a collection of street libraries before they are installed around our region.
The street libraries will become important landmarks to remind us that 'anyone who wants to learn can'. They will contain a variety of things that families and individuals can use to have fun and learn.
This workshop is part of the CHArts Festival and Adult Learners Week program: Have A Go! and is proudly supported by 26Ten, in partnership with the Circular Head Council.
We all learn for Life in Circular Head.
We recommend wearing old clothing and footwear or to bring a smock. The paint used on the day is water based but once set, will permanently stain clothing. It is non-toxic and will wash off skin. Gloves will be available for those that wish to wear them.
