The Men's Circle Geelong is all about personal growth and connection. This facilitated men’s circle will help you to clarify your vision for life, and get the tools, learning and support you need to reach your true potential. Discover how alive, inspired, grounded and connected you can be.
Ongoing sessions every Saturday from 11am to 12.30pm for 8 weeks starting 26 October until Saturday 14 December.
The venue is the Mind Body Spirit Hub, a brand-new wellness centre run by international Psychic, Sherry Van T Hag at the old Geelong Yoga Centre in the heart of Geelong.
$20 for each group session. Booking in advance is preferred but will accept turn-ups on the day (payment via Humanitix, cash, bank transfer or PAYID accepted).Â
Attending these ongoing bonding sessions with like-minded men is an opportunity for you to see yourself in an entirely new light and discover an even better version of yourself while supporting other men on their journey. There will be a maximum of 20 men in the group.

• Mastering your mindset - the power of positive thinking
• Mindfulness practice and being present in the moment
• Dealing with anxiety and depression
• Taking control and breaking free from victim mindset
• Build meaningful connections - the importance of community
• Self-care for men - prioritising your wellbeing
• Asking for help - overcoming the struggle to open up
• Creating your desired reality - manifesting the life you want
• And more.
Group sessions in this program will be held on:Â Saturday 26 October, Saturday 2 November, Saturday 9 November, Saturday 16 November, Saturday 23 November, Saturday 30 November, Saturday 7 December, Saturday 14 December.
