The Mysteries, Mayhem and Magic of Midlife - A Women's Holistic Health Retreat

A time to recharge, reset and rejuvenate at one of the most stunning retreat spaces in NSW (and possibly Australia!)

For 4 days (3 nights) immerse yourself in all that Murrah Dream Retreat has to offer and be guided and facilitated by Claire and Katrina who share a deep passion for Holistic women’s health especially in midlife and beyond. 

Enjoy sumptuous accommodation, relaxing spaces in the retreat house, and stunning natural surroundings with native wildlife. Swim in the Lotus pond, the infinity pool or the private beach. Attend all workshops or none, and just enjoy the beauty, and rest and reset!

Spurred by our own personal midlife stories, transformations and experiences of the Western health system, Claire and Katrina weave ancient and modern, Western and Eastern approaches to women’s midlife health together, to empower you on the choices you make through this transitional chapter - one of great magic if you let it be! 

Claire is a Masters qualified RN with extensive clinical and leadership in health, is a Yoga alliance certified yoga teacher and has studied compassion focused therapy, coaching psychology and women’s centered coaching and is a Mental Health First Aider.

Katrina is also an RN with extensive clinical and leadership experience. Katrina is a Master NLP coach, Counsellor, Raynor massage therapist, sound healer, body worker, Yin Breathwork Facilitator, Polarity Therapist.

Inclusions:

• As well as twice daily workshops on various aspects of midlife health and wellbeing, including physical, emotional and spiritual aspects, there will be:
• movement workshops such as yoga 🧘🏼 breathwork 😮‍💨🫁 and dance 👯🪩💃 
• A phenomenal sound journey led by the Incredible Steve Mazabow and Vanessa Forbes, the owners of Murrah Dream Retreat. 
• Depending on weather there may also be walks 🌿ocean dips 🌊swims in the lily pond 🪷 fire pits 🔥and star gazing ✨🔭 
• Accommodation -single bed in either twin share room (3 x twin rooms available), or a triple/quad share room (2 x rooms).

• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) consisting of nourishing seasonal food.

• Dietary requirements can be catered for (Vegetarian, Vegan/Plant based, Gluten Free, Nut free)

• All workshops and activities are optional and you are free to attend as many or as little as your body and mind choose, but be assured that there will be plenty of time to rest, explore the property, journal or connect with other women.

Whatever your personal journey has been so far in your life, and no matter what level of self development/inner healing /transformation / spiritual practice you are at, all of you is welcome here and will be supported.

This chapter in a woman's life can be one of immense change, transformation, growth, and rebirth and we invite you to open your heart and mind to receive.

 This retreat has been designed for women 40+ years who are heading to / going through perimenopause/menopause however all ages are welcome to learn more about this period in a woman’s life.

We understand there may be people that identify as a woman however for this specific retreat we ask that you are a woman with a biological female body and hormones due to the content of the retreat. 

Women of all ages need a community of support around them and we aim to offer a safe space for women to connect, support, share and empower each other.
