The Pool Of Life presents an Intro to Family Constellations Workshop (Crosby).This is one of a series of Spring Intro Workshops taking places across Merseyside in April/May 2024, with events in St Helens, Liverpool City Centre, South Liverpool, and the Wirral.
Family Constellations is a new therapuetuic modality for the Liverpool City Region and wider Merseyside area. The event provides an opportunity to learn more deeply about -
- What is Family Constellations.
- The History of Family Constellations.
- The benefits of experiencing a Family Constellation and how it works.
- What it means to be a representative in a Constellation for another person.
Family Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our families have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.
It can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system. There will be series of warm up exercises and an opportunity for 1 person to experience a Constellation.
