About this event:
In an ever-evolving world, the ability to adapt with purpose is more than a skill – it’s a mindset. This dynamic and interactive session is designed for professionals who are navigating change and looking to strengthen their impact by placing people at the heart of transformation.

You’ll explore the critical role that communication, emotional intelligence, and personal strengths play in building resilience and staying grounded during uncertainty. Through real-world examples and hands-on discussion, this session will highlight the importance of listening – not just to what is said, but to what isn’t.

At the heart of the session is the D.R.I.V.E. framework – a practical decision-making model that empowers individuals and teams to embrace change with clarity, confidence, and energy. Whether you're leading change or adapting to it, this framework will help you align your decisions with purpose and prioritize what matters most: people.

What you’ll walk away with:

A renewed understanding of adaptability as a powerful leadership tool.

Practical ways to improve communication and uncover hidden cues in times of change.

An introduction to the D.R.I.V.E. framework - (Determination, Redirection, Insight for foresight, Vibe, and Energy) - to support confident, people-focused decision-making.

Tools to center your change plans around people, not just processes.

This session is ideal for project professionals, change leaders, team managers, and anyone eager to lead and thrive in uncertain times. Join us to connect, reflect, and gain practical tools to lead with intention and resilience. We look forward to seeing you there!
