The Power of Narratives for Driving Change and Creating Value
Event description
About this event:
Narratives are vital to successful change management, as they influence how change is perceived and accepted. A strong narrative provides clarity, purpose, and direction, helping stakeholders understand the rationale behind the change. It creates an emotional connection, reduces resistance, and builds trust by addressing concerns and emphasising the benefits. By crafting a consistent and authentic narrative, leaders can inspire support, sustain momentum, and foster a shared sense of ownership, ensuring that the change is not only implemented but also maintained over time. In this session, you will learn how to assess the existing narrative of your stakeholders and integrate different perspectives to create value for all involved in a significant change initiative.
