The Real Me is a two-hour workshop guided by Lotti (naturopathic health coach) and Kobie (actor and psychologist -Modern Minds)

It has been designed to help you soften, reconnect, and remember who you truly are beneath the noise. Through a heart opening cacao, breath-led movement, meditation and the fun of creativity you’ll be held in a space of love — reconnecting to the parts of yourself you may have hidden, and expressing them freely.

✨ What to Bring:

A photo of your younger self (printed or digital)
Yoga mat and a cushion - we will be on the floor for the majority of the session so ensure you are comfortable
Wear clothes you are comfortable to move in and don't mind getting a little messy.
You might like to invite a partner, close friend or family member to share in this workshop of connection, creativity and compassion.
