Our five featured winemakers will share their exceptional vintages, offering guests the rare chance to experience side-by-side tastings. Each winemaker will highlight the distinct qualities that set their wines apart, creating a captivating journey through Central Otago’s unique terroir.

Our Executive Chef, Trent Watson, has masterfully crafted dishes to complement the winemakers’ selections, ensuring that every pairing brings out the best in both the food and the wine. Guests will savor a total of twelve exquisite wines throughout the evening, featuring vintages from Rippon, Felton Road, Quartz Reef, Prophets Rock, and guest winery Ata Rangi.
