The Regional Australia Institute, in partnership with Wagga Wagga City Council and RDA Riverina, invite you to attend a regional migration forum, addressing challenges, solutions, regional best practices and policy recommendations related to regional migration employment systems.

Outcomes from the forum will inform the Australian Government’s review of regional migration.

What will the forum cover?

How can we get the right skills to the right places?
How do we strike a balance between the needs of regional communities, local economies and the migration system?
What actions are necessary to create employment pathways for regional residents of multicultural backgrounds?

Regional industries and employers
Regional education institutions
Settlement services providers and groups
Regional migrants: international students, temporary and permanent residents, new Australians living in the regional areas.
