Event description

I’m introducing a new session to my studio! It’s been in sleep mode for a while. So I’m launching something similar. The Rest Nest - a relaxing chill type of class designed to breathe into the seasons.  Our energetic being will align by turning inward for healing and reflection.

*This modality is called Yoga Nidra.
We will begin with a gentle spine stretch , followed by a breathing exercise designed to down regulate the nervous system

*Then we get snuggled up in our rest nest for the medicine of calming the mind, body and soul.

This practice is designed to meet you where you are at in terms of stress levels, anxiety, sleep, and for those who don’t relax enough!

Our lives are busy! We have a lot of things to do, there are also lots of energetic practices available to us.

This space invites you to settle the self, reset the mind, the body, relax right down to your bones, chilling out the nervous system completely.

We will cleanse and expand the lungs with gentle but purposeful breathwork which allows for deep rest for those finding themselves tired, exhausted, stressed.

This practice is gold and I’m sure we could all benefit from allowing ourselves to deeply rest inbetween the chaos, without guilt, but with pleasure!

Truly letting go of the layers of the mind monkey! Relaxation is so beneficial to every part of you.

This is a small community event

It is open to all ages, stages and genders

8-10 spaces will be offered for a monthly gathering in my Whakamarama studio

@ 499 Wainui South Road

Monthly on a Thursday. Each one is delicately and deliberately designed for each month.

No experience required

You don’t have to attend all, but what a gift to self!
