The Return - Breath & Cacao on the Land

THE RETURN

A monthly gathering at Keith's Gate.

A monthly return to the land through cacao, breath and community.

Held every third Saturday of the month, The Return offers a steady rhythm, a place to come back to the land, the breath and yourself.

It is a grounded ceremony for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect with their body and spend a morning on the land.

The Return is not a one off experience.

It is a rhythm.

A place people come back to.

Held on 44 acres of private land outside Glen Innes, with open sky, old trees and fresh country air.

Keith’s Gate is slowly becoming a place where people can return to the things that matter most... breath, land, community and themselves.

The Return is one expression of that vision.

What This Is

• A small, in person gathering held on private land

• Cacao shared as part of a grounding ceremonial practice

• Guided breathwork held with care and respect

• Time to slow down without expectation or pressure

• Space to settle, orient and reconnect

Every person’s experience is different.

Some people experience deep emotional release. Others simply leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves.

There is nothing to achieve here.

The work unfolds in its own time.

Who This Is For

• are tired of constantly chasing the next thing

• want to meet themselves honestly

• feel drawn to land based, embodied practice

• are looking for somewhere they can simply exhale

This is a slower, more intentional way of gathering, one you can return to, month after month.

Time: Arrive 9:45am for a 10:00am start
Duration: Approximately 3 hours
Location: Wellingrove, NSW - approximately 30 minutes outside Glen Innes

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• Pillow and blanket

• Eye mask or scarf

• Comfortable clothing

• Water bottle

• Journal and pen (optional)

Please eat lightly beforehand or remain fasted until afterwards.

Participation

The Return is an activity of The Healing Breath, a community based association supporting its members and wider community through gatherings, education, wellbeing practices and ceremony.

Participation is voluntary and subject to the Participant Agreement and Terms & Conditions presented during booking.

Contribution

First-time participants: $120
Returning participants: $88

Your contribution supports the activities of The Healing Breath and the continued creation of these gatherings.

Health & Participation Considerations

The breathwork practice used during The Return may not be suitable for everyone, including people with:

• cardiovascular conditions or recent heart surgery

• epilepsy or seizure disorders

• severe respiratory conditions

• recent surgery or major injury

• severe unmanaged mental health conditions

Every participant is responsible for considering whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances and for providing any relevant information that may affect their safe participation.
