    This half day workshop gives you, the CEO, the framework and tools to work with your team in the coming weeks to craft the Right Strategy that drives value for your organisation.

    • Review your business model, deciding what to let go of, what to keep and what to add.
    • Review the markets you target, how have are they changing?
    • Determine what you need to know that will enable you to make smarter decisions. 
    • Review the relevance of the value propositions of your products and services and what needs to change.
    • Review if and how your brand messaging needs to change.
    • Identify what systems and processes need to change.
    • Identify what capabilities you need to add to have a ‘friction-free’ relationship with your ideal clients?
    • Determine if this Is this the right time to appoint your Advisory Board?

    • Timing: 8.45am for a 9.00am sharp start, close at 12.30pm.
    • The workshop will be conducted online via zoom.
    • There will be learning in groups and then space via ‘break-out’ rooms to work on your own business in private.

    In a corporate and consulting career spanning more than 30 years, Anthony has helped more than 160 medium to large private companies and associations.

    His expertise comes from experience. Before establishing his management consulting business, he worked in the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia in services, manufacturing and distribution industries, holding CEO and director positions. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker and facilitator at seminars and conferences on a range of business growth topics.
