From the hills of Wellingrove NSW, where my family and I now live off grid, breathing with the land, coming back to the coast where this medicine first found its wings.

This is The Sacred Return.

A monthly journey of remembrance, reconnection, and renewal through cacao, breath, and community.

We gather not to escape life, but to meet it.

To feel it.

To breathe it into wholeness.

The storms have passed, the seasons have turned, and still, the call remains...

to circle, to feel, to remember who we are beneath it all.

🍫 Cacao Ceremony

Lovingly prepared, heart opening cacao to soften the edges and awaken the heart.

Sourced from the sacred lands of Peru, this plant medicine guides you gently inward to presence, gratitude, and connection.

🌬️ Breathwork Journey

A guided transformational breathwork experience to release what’s heavy, awaken what’s dormant, and reconnect to your essence.

Powerful music, safe facilitation, and deep surrender, with each breath a bridge back to yourself.

🌿 Community Circle

We gather as equals, no gurus, no hierarchy, just humans breathing, healing, and remembering together.

This is where stories are shared, tears are welcomed, and laughter finds its way back home.

🕕 Time: Arrive 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start (doors close once we begin)

📍 Location: Urangan Wellness Centre, Hervey Bay

💰 Energy Exchange: $66 early bird / $77 general / $88 on the door
