Guided by Dr. Alex Kalmanovich, you’ll gain insight into the science of sleep optimization, including how nasal breathing, airway support, and proper sleep hygiene can radically improve your nightly rhythm. Dr. Alex will share his clinical expertise and introduce effective tools such as mouth tape and nasal strips, designed to enhance oxygen flow and support natural rest cycles.

Following the lecture, you’ll experience these very tools in practice as you’re immersed in a curated sound bath led by Kyle Lam. With crystal singing bowls and planetary gongs attuned to the body’s natural rhythms, the session is designed to lull the mind into deep states of relaxation while harmonizing the nervous system. Paired with Solid Sleep Co’s simple yet powerful products, this unique experience allows you to embody the benefits of optimal breathing while surrendering to the healing frequencies of sound.
