Life Is Sound presents: The Life Is Sound Relaxation Society

Following another incredible season of sold-out events, Life Is Sound returns to Stretford Public Hall for our third year of sound, stillness and deep relaxation.

This October, you’re invited to join us for The Sound Between Us, an evening created to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect as we move into the darker, cosier months of the year.

Our sessions sell out every time so book early to secure your space ✨

When: Sunday, 25th October at 6:30 PM
Entrance from: 5:45 PM
Doors close: 6:30 PM

Stretford Public Hall has become a special home for our winter sessions. Its warm, intimate and centrally heated space provides the perfect sanctuary to step away from the outside world, settle into stillness and give yourself some much-needed time to rest.

Across 90 minutes, you’ll be immersed in the restorative sounds of crystal singing bowls, handpans and other carefully selected instruments, creating an experience designed to encourage deep relaxation and a quieter state of mind.

As you settle in, you’ll also be invited to enjoy a cup of Life Is Sound Herbal Harmony Tea, our own specially selected herbal blend created to complement the experience and become part of the ritual of slowing down.

As autumn gives way to winter, The Sound Between Us is an invitation to gather, rest and experience what happens when we make space for stillness together.

Whether this is your first Life Is Sound experience or you’ve joined us many times before, you’re warmly invited to be part of it.
