Event description

Sound Healing Project Brisbane

A Donation-Based Community Event with Monica Posada, Jen Valdes & Kris Sakunts

Saturday, May 3rd, 6 pm at West End Yoga

Join us for an evening of healing sound and deep restoration! Experience the vibrations of singing bowls and gongs as you journey beyond the everyday mind and into a space of profound peace.

Your journey will begin with a guided meditation led by Monica from Sol Being, helping you to settle into your body and release the day's tension.

From there we’ll immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath to create space for deep relaxation and the release of tension, stress, and stagnant energy.

When we enter this tranquil and expanded state of being, the mind, body, emotions, and spirit have the opportunity to soothe, re-calibrate, and restore to inner harmony.

From this place of harmony we can activate, align, and connect to a greater potential.

Community Pricing

This event is offered on a donation basis to ensure accessibility for all. Contribute what feels right for you, starting from $21.

After covering our costs, a portion of proceeds plus all cash donations on the evening will go to Lucky Paws Dog Rescue, a volunteer-run nonprofit helping dogs from remote indigenous and outback communities across Queensland.
