The Sound Healing Project Brisbane - Donation-Based Guided Meditation & Sound Healing
Event description
A Donation-Based Community Event with Lei-iissa Celeste & Jen Valdes
Saturday, February 8th, 5 PM at West End Yoga
Join us for an evening of sacred sound and deep restoration! Experience the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and gentle frequencies as you journey beyond the everyday mind and into a space of profound peace.
What to Expect
Your journey will begin with a guided meditation led by Lei-iissa, helping you to settle into your body and release the day's tension.
This gentle preparation will open the way for the sound bath experience, where you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments.
During the sound bath, you'll be invited to simply rest and receive.
Some sounds will be gentle and flowing, others deep and grounding.
You might experience a sense of floating, deep relaxation, or even drift into a peaceful sleep - all responses are welcome and natural.
Please Bring
- Yoga mat (we have a handful to borrow)
- Blanket and pillow for comfort (highly recommended!!!!)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable, loose clothing
After the Session
Many people feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, or energetically cleansed after a sound healing session.
We recommend taking some quiet time afterward to integrate the experience.
You might feel like journaling, taking a gentle walk, or simply sitting quietly before driving home.
