Having now supported over 1000 people between group and 1:1 containers from America to Australia, my journey into wellness began with Yoga and Meditation in 2003 which evolved into traveling to India and all over the globe, studying with world renowned leaders in yoga and meditation.

From my early 20’s I have continued to follow my passion of the mind and body. Constantly a student, studying and depending my knowledge and trainings - I am now a Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, Certified EFT Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Soulflow™ Embodiment Facilitator and speaker on Wellness and the Impact of Stress on our bodies - I am fortunate enough to call the likes of Gabby Bernstein, Tracee Stanley, Andee Love and David Elliot among my mentors.

I now having returned to Australia in 2022 after 7 years in US, I call the Southern Highlands NSW home. I am again working with clients and host workshops both in person and virtually.

I look forward to meeting you and holding space for you.

w/ Love & Gratitude
