The Sustainable Supper Club
Event description
Tucked inside the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market, the Moving Feast Kitchen is where food innovation meets sustainability — turning rescued market produce into delicious products, and sharing practical insights to reduce food waste.
Step through the Queen Victoria Night Market’s bustle into our intimate space — a hidden little wonderland of creativity and flavour — for an exclusive cook-and-dine experience with celebrated chef and sustainability advocate Tobie Puttock.
In a small group of no more than 12 guests, you’ll roll up your sleeves to help prepare two beautiful dishes using fresh, rescued market produce - think perfectly edible fruit and veg that's been oversupplied or undersold - guided by Tobie’s signature Italian flair and zero-waste philosophy. After the cooking, gather around the table to enjoy the meal you’ve created together — with plenty of conversation, tips and inspiration along the way.
A new addition to the Night Market line-up, this is a special chance to savour conversation, flavour and inspiration in equal measure.
Please note: this is a two-course set menu with no menu changes available. Suitable for vegetarians. Dishes will likely contain dairy, egg, gluten, garlic and onion.
