This Fringe Flavours Night Market at Queen Victoria Market, step through the night market bustle into our intimate space — a hidden little wonderland of innovation and creativity — for an exclusive supper experience with celebrated chef and mega sustainability advocate, Tobie Puttock.
In a gathering of just 10 guests per sitting, you’ll graze on a beautiful antipasto platter created in-house while Tobie shares his insights and tips on reducing food waste. Then, settle in for a fresh pasta dish made from Queen Victoria Market produce, crafted with Tobie's signature Italian flair and a zero-waste philosophy.
A new addition to the Night Market line-up, this is a special chance to savour conversation, flavour and inspiration in equal measure.
