Event description

Go on a tour with geologists from Geoscience Australia and discover the phenomenon called an ‘unconformity’. Do not miss this rare opportunity to see this geological formation where two rock masses, made millions of years apart joined.

This ancient rock formation is a fascinating piece of a puzzle which helps us understand the earth in the Canberra region and what it reveals about how our environment changes.

After the tour on the 28 February why not consider heading to Food, Music and Drinks at Dusk. Enjoy food, drinks and the unique view before heading down to the forecourt to view the stunning illumination. Book your ticket here
