Connecting to the patterns our life experiences have created in our body and the deep impact these have had on who we are. So we may gracefully unravel them to create new inner and outer relationships that will support us to navigate life with more passion, love, compassion, vitality and peace.

Through our shared journey as women we will individually and collectively explore the gifts and challenges of each phase of a woman's life.
