About the WRD Co-creator:

Lorissa (founder of Assembly Culture) and Lotty Roberts (founder of MiND.U) met through their shared work in emotional culture, leadership, and change - and quickly became friends as well as collaborators.

After years of working with teams and leaders, they kept noticing the same thing: workshops sparked insight, but translating that energy into everyday action was where things fell short.

So they created The Workplace Rituals Deck - a practical, human way to close the gap between knowing and doing. It’s full of simple, powerful rituals to help teams shape a culture that’s not just talked about, but genuinely felt.

Yes, you will receive the following to keep you fuelled throughout the day which is all included in your ticket:

This Masterclass will be held at Kennigo Hotel Brisbane.

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this workshop.

• However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you cannot attend for any reason.

• You must notify the host that you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.

• If you cannot attend the workshop and have purchased a deck we will send that to you along with the digital toolkit.

• If the Workshop Host cancels this workshop, you will be transferred to the next available workshop. You can contact the Workshop host for a refund if you cannot attend the revised workshop date.
