Led by the co-creators of the deck, Lotty Roberts and Lorissa Garcia, this is a hands-on learning experience rooted in emotional culture, intentional design, and purposeful leadership.

In this Masterclass, you'll learn:

• Why rituals matter in workplaces

• The difference between habits and rituals

• Indepth knowledge of each of the 4 parts of the deck and why they are important

• How to use our PARR model to craft rituals that stick

• How to run the Rituals Audit

• How to guide groups through ideation, crafting and action

• Lotty & Lorissa's tips and tricks for using the deck first hand, along with the story and background behind the deck.

You'll walk away as a Certified Workplace Rituals Deck Practitioner, with confidence to run rituals sessions with your own teams or clients.

Lorissa (founder of Assembly Culture) and Lotty Roberts (founder of MiND.U) met through their shared work in emotional culture, leadership, and change - and quickly became friends as well as collaborators.

After years of working with teams and leaders, they kept noticing the same thing: workshops sparked insight, but translating that energy into everyday action was where things fell short.

So they created The Workplace Rituals Deck - a practical, human way to close the gap between knowing and doing. It’s full of simple, powerful rituals to help teams shape a culture that’s not just talked about, but genuinely felt.

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

• Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this workshop.

• However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you cannot attend for any reason.

• You must notify the host that you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.

• If you cannot attend the workshop and have purchased a deck we will send that to you along with the digital toolkit.

• If the Workshop Host cancels this workshop, you will be transferred to the next available workshop. You can contact the Workshop host for a refund if you cannot attend the revised workshop date.
