What is the Workplace Rituals Deck?:

The Workplace Rituals Deck is a practical tool designed to help teams intentionally build connection, strengthen emotional culture, and bring values to life through meaningful, repeatable practices. Launched on 1 September 2025, the deck is already being used in 13 countries and is now in its second print run, reflecting the growing demand for simple, human ways to shape culture at work.

The WRD guides teams through selecting cultural themes, generating ideas, and crafting rituals that are both meaningful and sustainable. This London masterclass marks the first time we’re bringing this experience to the UK, offering a hands-on opportunity to learn how to use the deck to create rituals that genuinely stick and make a difference.

Who created the Workplace Rituals Deck?:

WRD co-creators Lotty Roberts (founder of MiND.U and co-creator of the WRD) and Lorissa Garcia (founder of Assembly Culture) met through their shared work in emotional culture, leadership, and change - and quickly became friends as well as collaborators.

After years of working with teams and leaders, they kept noticing the same thing: workshops sparked insight, but translating that energy into everyday action was where things fell short.

So they created The Workplace Rituals Deck - a practical, human way to close the gap between knowing and doing. It’s full of simple, powerful rituals to help teams shape a culture that’s not just talked about, but genuinely felt.

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

• Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this workshop.

• However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you cannot attend for any reason.

• You must notify the host that you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.

• If you cannot attend the workshop and have purchased a deck we will send that to you along with the digital toolkit.

• If the Workshop Host cancels this workshop, you will be transferred to the next available workshop. You can contact the Workshop host for a refund if you cannot attend the revised workshop date.
