    ‘RESTORING HARMONY’

    IMMERSION - SOUND BATH, KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION

    Join Trace and Denise for a 2 hour journey and allow the power of Sound and Vibration to merge with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation restoring harmony and balance across yournervous system.

    Immersing yourself in resonant frequencies produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes createsan environment that allows your mind and body to enter a state of deep relaxation and energetic balance.

    The power of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation provides us with opportunities to reach our fullest potential – letting go, expanding awareness, deepening our intuition whilstcultivating a full and open heart.

    Combining these technologies strengthens the healing process and supports an overall sense of positivity, improved emotional well-being and physical health so we can begin toview and handle life’s challenges from a more centred, peaceful and harmonious place.

    Fundamentally our bodies are full of energy which means on a daily basis we constantly interact energetically with people and our environments. We know this because when we feel tired or sad our energy levels are low. When we feel light and happy, we sense our energy vibrating at higher levels. 

    Practicing these techniques provides an opportunity for you to surrender, let go of tension and stress, quieten the mind, and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash throughout your nervous system, ‘shift and unblock’ stuck emotions, diving deeply into relaxation whilst moving towards inner peace and NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest).

    During the session and with your consent, Trace may offer the option of incorporating localised vibration therapy whilst Denise may offer Reiki healing. These therapeutic techniques support the well-being of your nervous system by activating the rest and digest branch of your nervous system.

    • Epilepsy: Consult a healthcare professional if you have epilepsy.• Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure: Consult your healthcare provider if medication doesn't effectively control your blood pressure.• Cardiovascular Disease: Seek guidance from your healthcare provider. Advise facilitators of implant devices.• Pregnancy: Approach breathing techniques cautiously during pregnancy, consult your healthcare provider for guidance. Please notify facilitators not to apply localised vibration therapy on body.• Psychiatric conditions: Consult with your mental health professional before participating in sound and breathing techniques.• Breathing conditions: Consult with your healthcare provider.• Hearing devices: Notify facilitators of any hearing devices you use.

    Prioritise your well-being and communicate openly with your healthcare providers to determine suitability for Sound Therapy, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation techniques.     Please arrive from 2.45pm as doors close 3.00pm sharp. Sorry no late entry.

    Please bring a mat, layers of clothing, socks, a blanket and (optional) pillow.
